My journey into pole began in 2020, and from the moment I stepped into the studio, I was hooked. There are a myriad of things that I have discovered about sensuality through this practice, and even more importantly, many things that I have reclaimed. It is this process that has formed the bedrock of my work as an artist and my ethos as an instructor.

I believe the sensual is a nexus at which different forms of knowledge and healing interact. This is what I find endlessly fascinating, especially when I see students tapping into their own sensuality and redefining it for themselves. To hear more of my thoughts on this, click here.
