This is a semi-private, self-practice session that allows you to train at your own pace and in your own time. In these shared training sessions, you will train with other movers in a semi-private environment. Pricing starts at €25 for 1 hour, €40 for 2 hours, and €55 for 3 hours. Book your spot here.

This is a fully private self-practice session without an instructor. During this time you can train, create, or simply play. Pricing starts at €45 for 1 hour, €75 for 2 hours, and €100 for 3 hours exclu VAT. Please email bookings@thedenofeden.net to secure your spot.

I adore the 1:1 teaching format and would be honored to be part of your pole journey. If you would like to book a private lesson with me, please email bookings@thedenofeden.net with what you would like to focus on during our 1:1. The cost is €80 per lesson however multi-session packages can be arranged.

The Den welcomes all kinds of movement practitioners. Pricing starts at €50/hr from 1-4 hours, €45/hr from 4-8 hours, and €40 from 8 hours or more per month exclu VAT.
